Football Resource Show, Bristol, England 18th June 2011
A local affair serving the South West Region of England where junior football clubs, football
clubs and schools were invited to sample some of the forefront suppliers and manufacturers
in junior football today.
There were some 30 exhibtors at the Show ranging from local kit suppliers to innovative
childrens training aids manufacturers like The Targetizer Ltd, from Warrington, Cheshire.
MD, Imtiaz Jamil said of the show,
"It was a very worthwhile experience exhibiting at the Football Resource Show and meeting
many local junior football clubs managers, coaches and committee representatives. We met
some wonderful people and it soon makes you realise the passion involved in the game at
grassroots.
Our Targetizer Total Goal Scoring System was a big hit with mini soccer coaches. It was a
great opportuntiy for us to meet clubs and teams from the South West region including many
clubs from South Wales. We're already looking forward to coming back next year."
The companies product range, including the Targetizer and Blast It! Kicking Strap are aimed
specifically at grassroots football. An area the company has a passion for as Jamil explains,
"We are coaches of grassroots football ourselves so we know what children, parents and coaches
are looking for in their training aids. They've got to be fun, inclusive, high quality and
developed especially for children."
He continues,
"The Targetizer aims to fit all that criteria and more by also adding value wherever we can.
We've used the Targetizer Total Goal Scoring System in our training academy, Striker Academy,
for the past 2 years and we've been gathering data from that use that can help junior football clubs.
And we're happy to share our results with clubs and teams that are genuinely interested in the
long term development of their players."

Toyfair, Nuremberg, Germany, February 2nd-8th 2011
The Targetizer Ltd exhibited for the first time in 2011 at the Nuremberg Toyfair in Germany.
The event was a huge success as interest in the new product range for 2011 saw buyers
and retailers scrambling to take a look at what was on offer for 2011.
There was a lot of keen interest in the Blast It! Kicking Strap and Swap Out Patches, a fun
way for young children who are new to football to learn how to kick the ball like a pro.
Many companies were requesting custom embroidery which we were happy to help with.
But the star of the show was Striker Targets which is the retail version of the company's
flagship product, Targetizer. Buyers were interested in doing joint ventures and
having us manufacture a Striker Target to fit their own goal range. Something the company
is somewhat of a specialist at.
